This campaign was implemented internally at the 2026 FIFA World Cup!
The Ask
Create a campaign that encourages FIFA staff and volunteers to download and consistently use The Great Assist, FIFA's internal recognition app, by making the people behind the 2026 World Cup feel seen, celebrated, and recognized.
Idea
Position The Great Assist as a halftime moment where staff can step out, have a little fun, recognize each other’s wins, and head back in re-energized.
Solution
A toolkit of campaign assets that provide humorous breaks and inspire staff recognition — delivered to FIFA’s workforce managers for distribution throughout the tournament.

The full toolkit is provided to FIFA workforce managers. Complete with previous video assets, posters, and the assets featured: The Great Assist Newsletter, Welcome Basket for Traveling Staff, Quote Stickers, and World Cup 2026 City Postcards. Including The Great Assist Games: FIFA World Cup Jeopardy, Headbandz, Photobooth Props, and FIFA World Cup Crosswords.
SOCIAL VIDEOS
Our social team put together 35 videos of short-form content to be included in The Great Assist Toolkit. Short and engaging videos that workforce managers can share with their team at any time during the tournament via WhatsApp or other internal messaging platforms.
